Managing of NOC Team in order to fulfill SLA of Teknotel.
o Management of 7/24 staff who provides level1 support and monitoring of the ISP and Datacenter customers .
o Arranging shifts of the 7/24 staff
• Managing Network experts and System Experts,
o Managing the network experts who provides Level 2 support of Service Provider, supporting wan customers cpe’s such as cisco 87x, 18xx, 28xx, netscreen, juniper ssg20, fortinet, asa 55xx devices.
o Troubleshouting of the problems which cant be solved by network experts or leading how to solve problems such as routing or firewall rules.
o Managing of the system experts, assigning the tickets about, mail and hosting problems
• Managing of Network Executives
o Managing of backbone devices with network executives such as routers ASR 9000, switches cisco 4507, cisco 3750, ericsson redback series, radius servers, voip system inside the service provider and implemantation of interconnection between operators, setting up the connection between pop points.
o Setting VRF ‘s and routing protocols between backbone routers like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
o Making traffic shaping or rate limits for customers.
o Deciding to upgrade or downgrade of the pop points bandwidth which comes from VAE.
• Managing of System Executives
o Managing of system executives who installes Windows servers, Linux servers and Database servers, Wmware, Hyper-V due to necessity of Datanceter customers .
• Managing and leading Telecom Experts
o Managing the relations with Telecom experts between Turkish Telecom and Teknotel, applying and assingning new ME, point to point, DSL lines .
o Searching new aggreements at Turkish Telekom in order to cheapen line costs.
• Presales Support to Sales Team
o Supporting Sales Team at customer meetings, leading customers to accurate solutions about wide area network topologies and datacenter necessities.
o Leading Customers to buy accurate devices like firewalls ASA series, Junipers, content filters, DSL modems and cpe devices.
• Designing WAN and Datacenter Projects
o Designing one to thousand nodes wan projects which includes ME, DSL, wireless, satellite links and implementing projects with team members.
o Designing Datacenter projects, such as internet access, VPS, streaming, voice applications, leading customers to the right service or server selection.
• Managing of installation teams and subcontractors
o Managing of installation teams that execute DSL, ME, Wireless, Satellite links all over the country. Making the schecules of the projects and implemeting the wan projects with the installation teams with in the scheduled time period.
o Managing of the subcontractors, assigning the ME, DSL, internet acces, network devices implementation projects to the related subcontracter and following the completion of projects.
• Managing satellite internet access projects
o Managing and implementing the satellite internet access projects which is supplied by Hughes and Tooway.
• Supplying ISO 27001 standarts
o Founding the ISO 27001 standarts and providing of using the standarts
o Having and passing from ISO 27001 audits

Implementing the network and system projects
• Implementing the Network projects all over the world which was assigned by technical Director.
• Installation of point to point SHDSL lines, ME lines, Leased Lines
• Configuring edge routers such as cisco 1721, cisco 28xx,
• Configuration of firewall’s at customer premises such as pix, check point, netscreen, juniper
• Configuration and installation of ME switches such as cisco 3750, 3com 5500, 3com 4500, HP 2600
• Installation of servers to the Datacenter which was brought by customers
• Configuring vlan and trunk ports at Data center switch’s, implementing rate limits and configuring internet access for Datacenter customers and servers
• Managing the Satellite internet access process by Hughes whose head quarter is at Germany. Implementing the projects by discussing Hughes network engineers.
• Implementing the voice gateway projects over Asterisk and Voip switches. Installing the voice gateways such as Quintum, Audicodes, pap2t
• Installing Wireless outdoor bridges ( alvarion, cisco, radwin, winlink ) and configuring both wireless brigdes and backbone router interfaces inorder to access internet.
• Giving Level2 support to the ISP and Datacenter customers which was assigned by tickets

Installation of Fiber Optic infrastructure inside USA Army Base in Iraq
Responsibities : Implementing the Fiber optic cable installation due to project
