- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment
- Maintain up-to-date records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken
- Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems
- Assists / provides support for the Computing & Network Administrator.
- Ensure that a high standard of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
- Initiate corrective action or carry out instructions to resolve system problem on products
- Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes
- Ensure all support calls assigned are completed in timely manner within SLA
- Teach City & Guilds vocational qualification curriculum to varying students.
- Develop & implement the computer studies curriculum.
- Maintain up-to-date records of trainee’s progress & competency level
- Provide the necessary support for ancillary requirements as agreed by line manager.
- Assists / provides support for the Computing & Network Administrator.
- Ensure that a high standard of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
- General running and maintenance of the Cyber Café.
- Performed network/hardware and software installations and provide high-level customer care, training, and technical support.
- Implement effective customer satisfaction strategies by identifying and eliminating the root causes of customer problems.
- Provide comprehensive system support, configuration, maintenance, and training for BYF and promoted value added services for its customers.
- Produced monthly accounts/report of the café to BYF Business Committee.
- Initiated and tutored secondary school students on Internet usage.
- Recommend IT solutions for the company.

- MS Office Application usage

- PC maintenance/Troubleshoot

- MS Access Database Update & Management
- Data Entry and producing of draft doc.
- Maintenance of computerization files
- Monitoring of Local (LAN) loop- intranet
- Trained some staff on MS Office 2000 core applications usage
- Other clerical duties
