Working in ACICO Industrial Company (Aerated Concrete Industries Company) as an Senior Accountant, working on: Preparing general accounting voucher entries.
PV & JV cross verification and initialization.
Preparing budget and cash flow statement.
Accounts payable, preparing monthly payments for suppliers, monthly rents payments on time, preparing reports of vender aging, advance payments and following up to enclose it.
Cost control in production by monitoring actual and budgeted raw materials consumption used in production and correct the differences appeared.
Posting invoices of receiving raw materials and spare parts in stores after reviewing all the verification.
Ensure invoices are resolved and booked in day to day basis and settle the pending by making reconciliation with supplier on monthly basis.
Posting monthly managerial and industrial expenses on time and compare it with budgeted expense.
Book all the transactions between related parties and ensure balance confirmation on monthly basis.

Preparation of bank reconciliation of different banks on monthly basis.
Controlling the inventory by preparing monthly reports of slow moving materials.
Implement ERP system for continuous improvement of working environment.
Matching ledgers and sub-ledgers on monthly basis and solving all differences if appears.
Monthly payroll transaction reports.
Prepare and submit monthly report as required in assisting the Chief accountant in preparation on these reports for monthly closing.
Developing accounting policies in business process to maintain the strength of internal control.
Keep the aspects of ledger accounts, monitoring the trail balance account in daily basis.
Support internal and external auditors.
Preparing daily receivable invoices and ensure submission to customers and providing the receivable needed reports.
