• Providing MEP designs and implementation, including HVAC, Plumbing, FF, cooking gas lines
& piping systems from initiation through successful closure for new projects and renovations
• Managing all phases of all MEP designs and deployment assigned to tenants contractor.
Ensuring that all certificate of compliance is maintained and up-to-date in accordance with
relevant legislations. Undertake project snagging and maintain & on-going list of MEP services
defect for contractor’s remedial actions
• Reviewing equipment submittals of commissioning scope of systems & approved compliance
of the systems/equipment as per the project requirements
• Assisting procurement personnel in procuring mechanical equipment, materials & services,
ensuring that the work produced complies with customer objectives and procedures
• Monitoring, verifying and reporting of all MEP Fit out, T&C, major and Minor works repairs
& Maintenance activities to the Client and tower management

Manage MEP project closeout, including securing warranties, guarantees & acceptance of
work, sub-contractors’ and vendor close, final payment and record retention. Coordinating
with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, &
other project requirements are met.
"• Preparing heat load calculation for HVAC services design for Buildings (HAP), Pipe & Duct "
Sizing, pressure drop calculation for Fan (ESP), space Planning & other related calculation.
"• Providing HVAC engineering deliverables are following the project and other relevant"
regulatory requirements while meeting approved specifications
• Producing various Plumbing and Fire protection Engineering tasks through a combination
of draughting and engineering (include sizing domestic water and drainage piping
requirements, reviewing different plumbing design approaches, sizing equipment and
tanks, and sizing water heating systems, fire protection systems).
• Providing Drawing management, plans / Layouts, schematic and equipment schedules
using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks program.
• Preparing documentation for internal process for procuring equipment, materials,
services and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost and complying
" to project Quality
/Specification requirements."
• Monitoring the execution of the developmental efforts and think of innovative ideas to
build and design Multi-mechanical systems within the given budget and time. Coordinating
internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of MEP
installation, design development and provide author supervision
• Perform engineering calculation to support design works in HVAC, Plumbing &
Fire fighting.

Designing of Mechanical Services - HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & LPG Services as per
Client Requirements.
•Heat Load Calculation as per requirement using carrier HAP. Designing of supply/return air
, ventilation, smoke control & pressurization ducts diffusers/grills. Selection of HVAC as per
standards. Responsible for ESP Calc for ducts and hydraulic head calculation for chilled water
pumps and pipe sizing. Also performing Calculations for Kitchen, toilet, car parking ventilation
• Responcible for monitoring & control the project activities for all stages of mechanical
engineering works in operation & maintenance by Contractors, taking account of QHSE
standards, Quality System and the rules of the company's guidelines and manuals
"• Follow Local Authority requirements & Green Building regulations. Involved in cost "
estimates for final product design & release report, incorporating costs of labor
, material, delivery and overhead. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable
suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
•Negotiating and Managing lead time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit
for the company. Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and
supplier preferencing study
• Producing deliverable documents needed and chasing for approval for the materials
needed for construction. RFI, MIR, WIR, Work & Method statements. Performing quality
control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, asset inventory and management.
• Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet
customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work
scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction,
and reporting the work status.
• Performs mechanical services design and coordinaon of all technical aspects of the design
with other discipline team. Heat load calculations, duct sizing calculations, pressure drop
calculations, HVAC equipment selections, sketch ducting layouts, diffuser/grille selections,
plant sizing for low rise buildings, underground structures, infrastructure services buildings
• Generang site reports and filling in other paperwork (SOR, NCR, MS, WIR, MIR, RFI and
AS built drawings) and providing technical advice and solving problems on site
•Ensuring all Project deliverables and time-based functions to facilitate the planning and
control of the engineering budget, developing the mechanical work plan for insertion into
the project specific execution plan, maintaining the project’s scope of work documentation
and revise as required during the design evolution, manage and review the Engineering Work
Packages (EWP) associated with all deliverables and time-based functions to ensure that
budgets and schedules are being met, and take corrective action if necessary
•Reviewing and participate in mechanical design reviews, Schedule, coordinate and ensuring
coordination, between the mechanical team and other disciplines, of all activities being
performed as the design evolves
•Reviewing, approving and closing MEP technical deliverables (specifications, datasheets,
materials inspection, method statements, WIR, SOR, NCR)
•Promoting and maintaining the application of ethical and professional practices in the
execution of mechanical engineering work and ensuring that all work designed, manufactured
and supplied in the mechanical engineering discipline complies with the relevant sections
of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
•Testing and Commissioning of Tunnel Drainage Pumps, Exhaust Fan and AC works. Ensure all
documentations are signed off by relevant authorities after successful completion
• Reviewing reports and records. Manage non-conforming works, generating reports and
corrective actions, assisting with the preparation of cost estimates for project
design and construction. coordinating responses and other responsibilities
associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Implementing safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning
& executing work in a safe manner. Complete all work in line with company’s Core Values
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Checking
plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Carrying out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site
labor force and the work of any subcontractors
•Designing of ducting, chilled water piping, pumps and valves. Reviewing vendor data sheets
for approval/comments prior submitting to the client. Performs design in-consideration with
various heat generating / transmitting / equipment /material with the aid of
cooling Load Estimation software (Carrier HAP latest version).
•Preparation of CHWP, Instrument air P&ID, Flow diagrams, Isometric drawing and General
" Arrangement of Piping Layout, Typical Hook up drawings for Fire dampers & field instruments.

Sound exposure in making & approving Shop floor and schematic drawing. Finalizing layout
& general arrangement drawings and reviewing vendor documents in line with project
specification requirement. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure
continuity of work.
