•devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies
•Supervision and management of the work team
•Prepare annual procurement budget
• contract and (PO) and maintenance guarantee reviewing and approval
•Responsible of purchasing supplies, services, and equipment’s required by any Departments and Branches.
reviewing Scope of Work Agreements (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), review and approve purchasing order
•negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantages term
•prepare and examine and re-evaluate existing contract and (PO)
•review analysis of quotations, Preparing Purchasing Contracts control spend and build a culture of long -term saving on procurement costs
•review and evaluate vendors
•Supervise and direct purchasing functions such as product/service research, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation and purchase order completion.
•Participated in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
•A member in several Opening Proposal Committees.
•Releasing vendor`s Payments, responsible of insuring heavy duty equipment and holds extensive knowledge about the administrative procedures regarding the Jordanian purchasing & insurance markets

•Key Deliverables:
• Responsible of purchasing supplies, services, and equipments required by any Departments and Branches.
•Collecting and analysing financial quotations, Preparing Purchasing Contracts alongside Purchasing Orders.
Initiate Invitations to Bid and collect quotations from suppliers as necessary.
•A member in several Opening Proposal Committees, Member in the IT Negotiations Committees and member in the several negotiating committees.
•Releasing vendor`s Payments, responsible of insuring heavy duty equipments and holds extensive knowledge about the administrative procedures regarding the Jordanian purchasing & insurance markets.
Teaching and Training:
4/2013- today: I lectured in various training courses for Sudanese and Libyans banks executives at Amman with Jordan Capacity Building (JCB) training house and Irshad training house, in Marketing Financial Services and related issues.
