To handle and cover the tasks and responsibilities of the engineering management and requirements (for regional midas and la Punta Kitchens & Wardrobes Orders, including but not limitrd to: Pricing, Preparing Quotations, Invoicing, Cost Analysis, Reviewing and/or Issuing Production Orders & MRs, Perparing & Following up the production plans, ... etc.) and the plant long-term and day by day requirements and opeartions; and generally help in the related activities of the company overall works.

In order to handle the tasks and responsibilities of the plant management as well as the requirements of the FR Doors and later on the project management of one of the main biggest being executed projects (Samba - Riyadh - KSA).

In order to make the necessary Time & Motion Study and implement it later on in the prod. planning and plant management.

In order to handle the day by day operations of production lines, and to fully supervise, manage & develop the production supervisors to ensure that the proper production processes are implemented, followed up & continuously under improvement in order to achieve the company strategies & objectives (high quality, on time delivery of planned orders and continuous optimized efficiency & utilization) and to execute all of the tasks and prepare all reports related to production in the SAP software.

In order to revise the existing manufacturing process of the factory and suggest as well as implement and follow up any suitable changes to improve its quality and efficiency, then to cover all tasks related to production (supply chain management, production planning, …). Later on, to follow up and supervise on the installation and running of extra new semi automatic integrated production lines. Moreover, many different tasks related to following up the maintenance, costing, QC & A, HR, stores and safety issues were assigned to be covered in the related period.

In order to plan for, monitor and supervise the total manufacturing process of the factory; and to coordinate between the whole related sections and departments (Production, Logistic, Maintenance, and Stores) with the finance, purchasing, sales as well as any other related sides to ensure the smoothness, standardization and improvement of the manufacturing process. Moreover, to activate all of the related systems and to report the state of the manufacturing process in addition to show the obstacles and suggest the suitable solutions and recommendation to overcome them and execute what is agreed. Last 3 months were also covered following up industrial engineering tasks at the slaughterhouse of the group.

In order to follow up on the requirements of the CNC machine dept. (and later on the Presses dept., and the rest of production depts.) and the Production Plans; and to work with the executive manager (GM later on) in the Engineering Section for designing molds of new samples, R & D, studies, quantities, pricing, cost accounting, facility layout needs, building systems to motivate the employees, and implementing the EYB project.
