I am performing consultancy in certain fields. I may partner with a larger team on some projects. Examples:
* Leading my team to establish foundations for digital transformation for Ministry of Electricity in Iraq.
* Providing consultancy service for designing Customer Survey processes, and generating the proposal for Miyahuna-Jo (on behalf of i3-jo.com), including procuring 3rd party HW, SW, and/or services, design data-quality for GIS and meta-data of project.
* Generating a proposal for TRA in UAE- Dubai (Al-Mutakamela)
* Leading an Asset Register and Tagging for Four-Seasons Hotel (as part of sevengatellc.com). Responsibilities: bidding, data collection tool (using OpenDataKit and Kobo), Team hiring, oversee project execution until we generated the final Asset register, and design data quality policy to achieve 99% data accuracy)
* Leading FTTH project plan and proposal (285, 000 FTTH lines in Baghdad - SuperCell) Responsibilities: preparing GIS layers for initial FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network design, preparing statistical data for assessing project feasibility & estimating the cost, optimizing initial network design (with vendors), then generate technical and financial proposal (include all technical write-ups, generate project processes descriptions). The result: we won our preferred zone.
* I established the Utility Division for i3-jo.com, including website and profile content, discussions with international vendors, and prospective utility sector customers.
* Many Arabic / English write-up projects (generating company profiles, websites, and brochures) some are published (www.etech-systems.com and www.micro-ict.com ), and others (like Tomorrow Technologies profile, e-tech systems archiving brochure, and service description.
* Micro-ICT.com, a project-based technical / sales manager (HW, SW, and services).
Moreover, I provided many utility-related consultations for Jordanian and Iraqi Utility (electricity and water), focusing on metering processes, smart-metering initiatives, data governance (structuring, analyses, data entry), and document management processes
Petra Express, (an Al-Qalam Group company) is a DRM Service Provider in Jordan, we were selling and supporting Kodak Document Scanners & Capturing Solutions. and executing Meter Reading Services for JEPCO, and we provided many BPO services to many sectors.

In addition to my position as the Infrastructure Project manager, I became the product manager for "3COM" and "Nexans Cabling Systems" starting Jul 2004.

- Technical proposals preparation with all design drawings, project plans, and technical solution descriptions

The networking/hardware team of e-Tech systems have won many big projects, I became the project manager for most network infrastructure projects inside and outside Jordan.

As a system Integrator, e−tech Systems sell 3rd party software to enterprises seeking for advanced IT solutions, I usually participate in the deployment of these systems.
My responsibilities included:
- Design and implementation of the LAN & WAN infrastructure services, this includes the preparation of required LAN & WAN connection, and the preparation of the required infrastructure services (including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing & remote Access, RIS)
- Preparation of user computers with needed hardware, OS, and software packages
- Training (and prepare training material) for the end-users on the installed software

our curriculum was concentrating on the basics of electronics engineering in addition to details on some specific sections of the electronics engineering. we have multiple courses in all parts of electronics including microprocessors, audio-visual , machines, control and industrial electronics, biomedical equipment, in addition to instrumentation and TV. in summary, it is a 170 hrs of electronics engineering from the best Jordanian University in technology: Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
this is the official secondary school certification. the test are being held by the government, and based on our grade we subscribe to suitable university college.
