Reporting directly to AutoMAK CEO, I oversee 100+ employees and
manage the Engineering, Facilities, and General Services across AutoMAK's
operations in Kuwait, KSA and Egypt.
Responsibilities:
Projects: Spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution
within the Projects division, optimizing efficiency and quality.
Procurement: Managing end-to-end procurement processes, fostering vendor
relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Maintenance: Supervising maintenance operations to ensure the continued
reliability and functionality of AutoMAK's facilities and equipment.
Security: Implementing robust security measures to safeguard AutoMAK's
assets and personnel, maintaining a secure operational environment.
Accommodations: Overseeing accommodation facilities, ensuring they meet
high standards for comfort and functionality across all locations.
Housekeeping: Managing housekeeping services to uphold cleanliness
and hygiene standards, contributing to a positive and professional working
environment.
Responsible for all aspects of the construction of IKEA projects. Providing technical and cost input to IKEA internal partners during the projects’ development / conceptual design phase. Other responsibilities include the permitting co-ordination, physical and cost aspects of the detailed design and construction phases of all projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to construction projects and follow up the execution from initiation to completion. This includes design, tendering, supervision, hand-over and project closure.
• Manage site inspections with the consultant to supervise the construction activities, ensure that the all construction activities to meet contractual conditions of performance and the approved design
• Review the work progress on a regular basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and health and safety regulations.
• Secure quality assurance and control processes. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Manage shop-drawing, method statement and material submissions of the contractors, follow and finalize the process with the consultant.
• Maintain relations with internal and external parties involved in construction projects.

Projects Manager for the Midas projects department managing more than 60+ Staff ranging from Project managers to supervisors.
Responsible to plans and overseeing the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities, and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers in the same project.
Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities.
Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements.
Report project progress and budget to client.
Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner.
Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
Facility management engineer for the AUM and ACM campus with a gross area of 260, 000 sqm, and managing 100+ staff ranging from supervisors to engineers.
Responsible for maintaining and overseeing a company’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Including negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations, and coordinating renovations and updates.
Delegating maintenance tasks to team members.
Monitoring the safety of the interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces.
Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.
Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.

Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
