•Responsible for AZURE Fraud Control System as an application & Database admin. On (Diamond Application server& AFCS Application server) and database admin. On Oracle RDBMS 9i & 10g versions,
•Responsible for keeping all modules running effectively and modify files came throw Mediation server carrying all Calls Details Records (CDRs) to pass throw both servers till creating cases
•Responsible For providing the RA Dept. with the necessary data to take Fraud Decisions from the Call Record Repository CRR Server
•Performing all management Documents (ILA, OLA, SLA, KPI, CR and System Documentations)
•Responsible for 4 servers using Sun, HP Unix and 3 of them contain an Oracle Database 10g and keeping them up and running with their modules & databases for serving the Business
•Troubleshoots with problems regarding the databases, OS and applications and development tools.
• Preparing Project documents (RFP, Product Evaluation, Clarification review).
• Attending Board Meetings among all TE-group (TEdata, TE, and Exceed) to clarify all data gathering stage and to achieve Business Benefits.
• Deploying the new solution and tracing vendor progress.
• Perform Migration between the old and the new system.
• Present TE in meetings and forces that business needs achieved as planned.
• Preparing project document (UAT, documentation, Troubleshooting references and producing training for the Operation & Administration Teams of the project)
• Preparing the Integration Test scenarios among all TE Group systems such as (TE Billing payment, TE Billing Invoices, TE server configurations, TE Switches input. formats out of data collection team & with ROC 8.3 Fraud Management System.
• Performing Data gathering process and input analysis from CEMM (Credit risk Management Module), to enrich profiling process for subscribers
• Responsible for ETL Installation, Development, Mapping and administration ODI over Linux Red Hat 7.3 server using ROCFM Oracle 12c DB

• Coordinating between development team and business partners in order to assure the required outcomes matches with the planned business request
