* Medical Coordination Manager Responsibilities:

Make sure the credit (insured) patient’s receive the approved services.

Managing claims (medically): making sure that all the medical requirements are fulfilled within each medical bill altogether with the UCAF/DCAF.

reconcile these claims whenever they are rejected (less than 2% rejection of the total claims achieved)

Managing Team for approvals, billing and collections.

Allocating yearly budget in terms of manpower and financial support.

*Inpatient Manager Responsibilities -on charge-: (68 Beds)

Administrative responsibilities related to the admission offices, inpatient services, hospitality coordination.

Responsible for the OR schedule approval.

Ensure excellent communication/satisfaction with all Magrabi customers (patients).

Allocating yearly budget in terms of manpower and financial support.

*Additional responsibilities:

Chairperson of the Patient/Family Rights and Education committee & member of other committees.

PharmaAccess is pharmaceutical distributor representing ACINO of Switzerland as a sole agent all over the Middle East -during that time-.

Responsibilities

-Advise the company board regarding the launching of new products and agencies, based on personal experience, market feedback (pharmacies, clinical trials, physicians, press release), IMS data and KOL feedback.

-Provide Medico-Marketing input for the newly introduced products (SWOT analysis based on points mentioned before).

-Participate with the company board in the strategic /tactical business planning to achieve the target product potential.

-Develop and assess medical background for all client facing staff (both marketing & sales) and conduct medical training sessions for the field force.

-Work with the marketing department on developing promotional programs, materials, marketing activities, business plans, group presentations, and conferences (symposiums, speakers, CME and KOL programs).

-Develop, Manage, supervise and execute post-Marketing Surveys.

-Review and approve promotional materials designs, CME programs and PMS.

-Respond to medical queries from the medical profession and field force.

-Prepare and compile medical resources (clinical articles, publications, data base, slide kits and educational video tapes).

-Develop, manage, supervise and deliver Pharmacovigilance System (event electronic forms management). Data collections and analyses are done through other agencies.

-Follow-up of the regulatory and registration files whenever a medical advice is needed.
