• Regular attending some of international Exhibitions related to our business, identifying new market opportunities and research for any newly products at international markets to make sure that Company products matching the Clients and markets requirements to increase revenue.
• Contacting Products Suppliers by (Email, Calls, Factory Visit, Mobile applications, Exhibitions) for New Products, products Problems, Products developing, clients special reequipments, technical solutions, Spare Parts, Products accessories, Products warranty, and Customers orders coming through Direct deal Supplier)
• Run required technical studies and field test for new products to make sure that they are meeting all standards, quality & client expectations
• Coordinate with High managements (GM, CEO) and the rest of the senior management team (Suppliers, Sales, Installation, Projects, Technical, Production, Stores, purchasing) for all matters related to products (Problems, Developing, Solutions, Proposals)
• Work closely with R&D and quality Dept. on reports for Products test and analysis.
• Report any problems or observation about products to CEO and quality Dept.
• Performing product demonstrations and generalizations for all technical Staff and other Stakeholders regarding products (Specifications, Installation, Maintenance, Technical recommendations)
• Answering all questions related to products received from our team promptly.
• Assisting with the development of business plans.
• Local and Abroad Staff Recruitments (Philippine, India, Nepal and Indonesia)
• Develop the Maintenance strategy in line with the High Managements strategy and make sure to implement the strategy strictly to achieve Company Goals.
• Lead a periodic training for our staff for the most products of our international Suppliers (Wayne Dalton, Lift master, Came, Nice, Somfy, RIB, Highland, Hikvision) and all of local Products which manufactured and assembled by Saudi ANFAL Group.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained for all Anfal Products (Road Blockers, Dock Levelers, Dock Shelters, Bollard, Fast Cation Doors, Fire Rated Doors, Sectional Doors, all types of Rolling Shutter doors, Gate Barriers, Sliding motors, Swing Motors, parking Systems, Housing Camera ) so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner
• Review the daily maintenance reports for all maintenance regional departments and manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance.
• Regularly report to (GM, CEO) on the activities of Maintenance department, challenges and issues faced, requirements, etc., to keep them updated on the Departments activities.
• Control the Maintenance departments budget and monitor the financial performance against the budget and rectify unsatisfactory performance so we will not go over the maintenance budget.
• Make annual Contracts for Maintenance with our Customers (Government Companies, Private Companies, Normal Customers) and manage preventive, corrective maintenance to get our Customers satisfactions.
• Lead a Monthly Maintenance management meetings with Regional maintenance Managers to assure that maintenance strategy implementation is going on track.
• lead forecasting of manpower and material requirements to ensure timely availability of resources and spare parts s for effective execution of maintenance strategy.
• Manage and provide technical solutions to some problems that may arise in relation to maintenance services in order to proactively resolve such problems and ensure uninterrupted services given to our Customers.
• Identify all Maintenance management requirements as (Material /Spare parts/ Tools /Cars /Uniforms / Safety tools, Facility)
• Develop and ensure the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant maintenance requirements are fulfilled perfectly.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving Maintenance operations and solving maintenance related problems.
• Ensure that all necessary Spare Parts / tools are available for the smooth execution of our Clients requests.
• Implement the safety program for the maintenance department and ensure that technicians are using PPE’s personal protective equipment's.
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the objective of department.
• Provide support and guidance for the maintenance team in their efforts and assist in trouble shooting and problem solving.

• Direct Management of a Team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and supporting services as defined in the Project Org. Chart.
• To provide effective and efficient site administration, meetings and reporting
• Review the MEP drawings, reports, specification submitted by the Design Consultants at each stage of the Design to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements.
• Control the manpower resources and assure compliance with the standard productivity rates
• Ensure that projects are executed in line with the time schedule
• Ensure delivery schedules, quantity, and quality criteria are met and submit reports on completed work by contractors and vendors.
• Co-ordinating with the consultant, main-contractors, sub-contractors and other service contractors
• Provide project controls oversight and guidance, ensuring all contractors are adhering to the project control documentation and quality requirements.
• Proactively estimate and forecast required resources, based on the working Program, upcoming Construction phase, number and qualification of the work force need to avoid Manpower shortage.
• Lead the development of appropriate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Culture in the Team on site
• To lead co-ordination within MEP services and Contractors Team including progress, logistics, quality, HSE
• Provide monitoring, inspection, and auditing of the quality documentation by carrying out random quality inspections ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Review the materials proposed by the Design Consultant/Contractor(s) and propose an alternative to improve the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate drawing submittals with all internal stakeholders where required.
• Oversee the day-to-day matters of the project, ensuring that high standards of quality assurance and quality control are maintained throughout design and construction time, and that all matters are handled in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and the required health and safety inspections are carried out to keep the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
• Preparation of the technical proposals to cover the Scope of Work and deliverables for a complete design and construction for the MEP design and construction packages.
• Conducting the Technical Evaluation for the MEP tender documents to nominate the optimum and compliant technical solutions to protect the client interest.
• Responding to Contractors tender queries and RFIs.
• Inspecting the systems installations and executed work at the sites.
• Witnessing the Systems Testing and commissioning activities.
• Raising the snags list to the contractors and following the de-snagging Work at site.
• Reporting directly to the Site Project Manager for Project smooth execution.
• Responsible for successful execution of the Project site works in accordance with the Project Schedule, Cost and other KPI’s.
• Maintain a strong and effective professional working relationship with the Client, Consultant, Contractor, interfacing Sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company on site Walkthroughs, Construction meetings and coordination meetings.
