center servers. Successfully commissioned ERP System (SAP) & business systems. Team leader for IT department and ensuring smooth day to day
operation. Setting department budgeting and objectives and ensuring meeting management KPIs.
Coordinating project progress and preparing for handover in regard to systems and data center.
Develop and manage the IT & Telecommunication infrastructure and Systems of Jotun Saudia, ensuring stable, secure and effective IT systems & networked telephone systems with optimum utilization responsible of all IT & telecom related activities.
Interact with IT system users and analyze deficiencies in using the system
efficiently Understand the training requirements and classify users to plan
necessary IT related training Develop and support BO report users in coordination
with GBI Dept. Prepare IT related documentations related to projects and systems
Monthly preventive maintenance on Aramco communication sites, maintaining transmission equipment troubleshooting.
