❖ Develop the standards and guideline for SFDA laboratories facilities.
❖ Design and space programming the permeant SFDA Headquarter and Reference Laboratories in Riyadh. ❖ Design for Main Laboratories Campus site and utilities support development in Dammam.

❖ Design the permanent regional SFDA branch and Laboratory in Jeddah, Tabuk, and Jezzan.
❖ Design the Inspection boarder Facilities (Jeddah Islamic Port/ King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam/ King Abdullah Port in Rabig)
❖ SFDA Inspection boarder Facilities in Jeddah Islamic Port in Jeddah and King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam ( budget: 80.000.000 SR- built up area: 6, 000 m2)
❖ Food analytical Laboratory building in the SFDA Laboratories Campus in Riyadh (budget:145.000.000 SR- built up area: 18, 000 m2)
❖ New Drug Laboratory and vivarium building in the SFDA Laboratories Campus in Riyadh (budget: 90.000.000 SR - built up area: 9, 000 m2)
❖ New SFDA Regional branch in Dammam (budget: 85.000.000 SR- built up area: 10, 000 m2)
❖ Full Renovation for the Pesticide residue analytical laboratory building in Dammam (budget: 22.000.000 SR- built up area: 2, 000 m2).
- Manage the projects design Phase starting from formulate SFDA requirements with endusers to develop space Program then prepare all Tender Documents, includes detailed design drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and special conditions.
- In charge with CM consultants to implement supervision's requirements from handover stage to complete the projects from contractors. Moreover, to ensuring that all quality control, budget control, time management, legal process, and safety requirements are met.
- Manage SFDA design projects stages with all design coordinators, architects and engineers to ensured SFDA satisfaction to fulfil the requirements and special needs.
- Supervise the design projects within required timeframe and set appropriate targets for team members, and administered finances for design projects and maintained record of cash flow as per agreements with consultants.
- Monitored all phases of design process and identified any risks involved, and prepared reports for SFDA projects and provided regular updates to the Project planner.
