• Leaded the month end closing and follow up with the involved parties and support them by efficient process to ensure that we will meet the deadline and-review the results to come out with an accurate results and data.
• Leading the physical inventory count team.
• Reviewing the sales & COGS Quantity and ensure that all the sales are captured under the cost of sales to get a correct sales data
• Develop and enhance a dynamic reports for managemnt like; Operation Status report - Profit and loss report - fixed cost reports - Overtime reports - consumption quantities variance report.
• Preparing & consolidate plan financials & annual budget for the company ( offline sheets & to SAP )
• Reviewing & check material prices.
• Prepare & Analyze the monthly manufacturing performance Report.
• Prepare Inventory report for SAP & Physical count reconciliation.
• Review of all cost centers for any correction before running the cycles.
• Calculate & prepare the required accruals.
• Prepare & Review of Cost Allocation.
• Review of Material Ledger Results.
• Preparing Fixed Cost analysis reports.
• Preparing products cost analysis reports.
• Preparing P&L Analysis Report.
• Review and check material order report.
• Very good knowledge in SAP (FICO module).
• Familiar with website updating using webs program.
