1- Develop new business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these models will benefit the company.
2- Document process information using diagrams in the form of business process models.
3- Analyse process models as they are (As-is), and compare them to the future, and improved designs.

1-Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the system application to meet the customer’s needs.
2-Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
3-Provides knowledge of the system application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard system functionality.
4-Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
5-Responsible for configuring and customizing the system application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
6-Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/ customization are required, either to processes or to the system application).
7-Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the system.
8-Experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing system applications.
testing projects include:-
1- read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
2-Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
3-Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.
4-Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
5-Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
6-Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Master business administration
1- Bachelor degree in Health Service Adminstration, 2010 ( Jordan University of Science and Technology) Grade: Excellent.
