I’m the Responsible for an IT project management, IT Restructure, Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation project, (cloud solution).
Responsible for the digital transformation project, Software licenses, Hardware and infrastructure, IT Budget, IT Vendors, Purchasing of HW & SW, IT contracts and negotiation, IT staff recruiting and project stakeholder training.
Acrow Misr is a holding company that has 14 companies, 3 of them in Egypt and the rest are overseas (Middle East, Africa, and Europe), specialist in Steel Formwork Technology manufacturing.
I was Responsible for the IT Management, IT Restructure, Oracle e Business Suite ERP implementation project, Digital transformation project, Software licenses, Hardware and infrastructure, IT Budget (6 million EGP / year), IT Vendors, Purchasing of HW & SW, IT contracts, IT staff recruiting and Training.
An Oracle ERP project of Acrow Misr was failing to implement during the period from 2007 till 2013. when I came in December, 2013 the implementation had been successful by the end of 2014 year, and the board members meeting had approved the first automated financial statement, delivered by Oracle ERP and assured with KPMG auditing stamp.
I was also the responsible for Hardware upgrade & data migration project with the latest technology of IBM power, 8 data centers support with Flash storage technology, to ensure the holding consolidation of the14 companies through Oracle e Business Suite ERP.
In 2019 I managed an Oracle CX successful implementation project (Oracle fusion CRM - cloud solution) for the sales and marketing departments that implemented in the 14 companies having a go life phase.
TAKI Factories Company, has been leading the furniture industry in Egypt and Middle East Specialist in furniture of Hotels, Kitchens, Home, and office furniture. It was supplying the hotel furniture for the biggest hotel names (Marriot, Helton, Sheraton, Jollyville, etc. and the most of Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Alam resorts).
I was a Board member and IT Director responsible for Management's Decisions, Revenues, Expenses, Budget, Develop the business, process, Quality assurance, Internal audit, Financials and cost control, that was beside my first priority as an IT director.
In 2007 I was responsible for the QA implementation project (ISO 9001 - 14001 - 18001) with a successful implementation project in one year.
In 2006 I was the responsible for Oracle e Business Suite ERP successful implementation and data migration project having the go life phase in only 9 months,
and the responsible for Hardware upgrade project with IBM power, 6 data centers, PC’s, Printing centers and Cisco network.

In 2000 year that was I started work at TAKI as a responsible for the digital transformation project by IBM MAPICS-XA ERP based on AS400 Server, DB2 Database and OS-400 Operating System, I got a success story in a very short time implementation, just one year to go life phase having a full digital transformation project.

I was responsible for the digital transformation project that managed a very difficult business process (Process Manufacturing Industry), having an IBM MAPICS-XA ERP system successful implementation project.
