1. Receive the DWG for each projects and record (name, no, date, Rev, and Release DWG)

3. Divide Projects to Hard and Soft Copy Files
4. Registration of contractors' data and make file for each contractor
5. Record customer data for each project
6. Scan all papers specific to each project
7. Full control over the management of documents through a computer program
8. Answer the phone and transfer calls to specialists
9. Write down the numbers contained with the cause of the contact
10. Organize appointments and special times
11. Organization of meetings, places and different equipment for each meeting
12. Prepare the agenda for each meeting
13. Follow up the special results of each meeting and work to achieve the remainder of the previous meeting
