Responsibilities include successful initiation, coordinating, planning, design,
execution, monitoring, controlling of the project. Schedule preparation, cost
control, overseeing workers & engineers, pre-planning and resource
forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
and the overall budget.
Project’s estimate cost 60 million K.D that is composed of 2 phases,
Phase 1 consist of:
Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy Centre, Kuwait Tennis Federation & Live Nations.

5 stars Grand Hyatt Hotel that contains 13 stories, 3 fancy restaurants, Spa,
Landscape, Guestrooms, Massive ballroom and public areas.

Q.M.C PROJECT (QUTTAINA MEDICAL CENTER)
Responsibilities includes supervising all the (finishes) works of the project to make sure it’s done right & as
required, solving technical issues included, dealing with more than 50 contractors (50 engineers & foremen with
150 workers) attending daily to site, setting up a weekly meetings making sure that their tasks are accomplished
right and coordinated properly. Dealing with many modified structural issues, & also dealing with the main
important issues of the building such as medical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC, making sure that the main systems
& services in each floor are setup properly and tested right. Worked on editing the project drawings to keep them
up to date (as built & decoration) Ceiling, flooring, walls & MEP.
Dar Al - Hadiah for Engineering & Consultants

Responsibilities includes working in a team designing & supervising several projects such as villas, chalets,
residential buildings, commercial buildings, offices & expansions in several areas in State of Kuwait, Meeting with
clients and handling their requirements to get them satisfied.
* College of Technological Studies (CTS), Co-operating with turner projacs. Project for Client (PAAET) the
public authority for applied education & training, Kuwait.
* 800 Seat Theater (CTS), Cooperating with turner projacs. Project for Client (PAAET) the public authority
for applied education & training, Kuwait.
* Working drawings for Villa Eassam Al Hashash, Al-Sadeeq, Kuwait.
* Office building design for a Cement Factory, Al-Shuaaib Industrial.
