Managing the overall stock inventory and movements from customs, to the DC and out to the stores and vice versa.
- Developing and implementing of the company’s Strategy for merchandise receiving, stocking, and transporting with
tight alignment to consolidating stock data integrity from disparate systems
- Controlling the transfer system and improve the efficiency and costs of delivery mechanisms to ensure time-planned
delivery of merchandise to all stores across the regions
- Managing and coordinating with buyers for correct quantifying and valuation of the merchandise under orders

- Ensure best practice services for B2C customers from supply chain perspective, including packaging & last mile deliveries
- Align closely with B2B team, to ensure best possible stock alignment with B2B partners
- Regular alignment meetings with brand partners to improve system and operational alignment
- Developing best practice physical inventory and stock control procedures, based on cost, accuracy and
operational/seasonal needs
- Overseeing the physical operations in the DC are aligned with the systems and departmental needs
- Managing and engaging with efficient customs clearing agents and overviewing the activities of import procedures for
easy and fast clearing of the goods from ports
- Managing the relationship with key suppliers and industry bodies, reviewing orders to ensure getting competitive prices,
and maintaining supporting documentation for orders
Managing all the warehousing operations within the full geographical regions of KSA
- Handling more than 80, 000 sqm warehousing capacity and more than 170 direct employees
- Designing the layout setup and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures
- Maintaining the standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Managing the stock control and reconcile with the WMS
- Preparing annual budget and ensuring its boundaries
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and transport companies

- Managing the customer relationship during delivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer in all

- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, & freight forwarders.

new business opportunities, & cost reduction strategies.
- Support the development and enforcement of robust inventory/ stock policies and ensure that the replenishment system
in SAP is operating efficiently
- Optimizing inventories within the country and maintaining the stores replenishment
- Managing all the inbound & outbound and managing the customs clearance and exports activities for all the brands
- Ensuring the smooth imports and customs clearance of goods across the KSA ports for both merchandise and
non-merchandise products
- Managing all SFDA Registration activities for beauty and food products within very short periods and maintaining
issuing the related SASO certificates accordingly.
- Continuously track and manage 3rd party service providers to ensure agreed SLAs are within agreed levels and
drive service improvements, increase efficiency and lower costs.
- Managing services providers resources to meet changing demands and needs in the business in a cost-efficient manner
- Creating a culture of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork within the brands team, operations teams, and with
logistics service providers
- Managing the related supply chain department’s such as procurement, Warehousing & Distributions, Logistics & Shipping,
Customer Services, Planning & sourcing, productions and sales demands
- Developing procedures of supply chain management with the other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance,
factory production, & quality assurance.
- Designing & implementing supply chains modules that supports business strategies adapted to changing market conditions,
new business opportunities, & cost reduction strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to reuse & recycle materials to minimize consumption of any new materials, minimize waste,
& to convert wastes to aby-product.

Managing three main distributions centers of more than 95000 sqm covering the main regions in KSA
- Managing & maintaining the inventory accuracy & stocks movements of 75, 000 SKUs
- Managing the replenishing orders for 25 branches all over kingdom wise on regular basis
- Managing the direct customers, wholesalers & VIP order’s & facilitating its deliveries
- Ensuring the spaces utilizations to the maximum possible by increasing & extending the racking systems re-designing
the open areas and creating new spaces accordingly
- Leading a team of 280 employees of multiple nationalities from various levels & maintaining the highest productivity
of the whole warehousing community
- Managing the inbound & outbound activities for an average of 400 Exported containers & 350 local trucks on
monthly basis and more than 400 loaded trucks to replenish the stores on a monthly basis
- Preparing budgets for an assigned area and allocating the resources accordingly.
- Maintaining the business’s KPIs, score cards & lean concepts
- Improving & motivating the employees by sitting monthly incentives, training courses and implementing a
competitive environment
- Negotiating purchasing forecasting & planning based on the markets demands
- Implementing the highest safety and security standards within the warehousing communities
- Providing technical solutions and innovating new facilities for the long-term path of operations
Managing more than 25000sqm warehousing capacity of dry, chilled and frozen models within Riyadh, Qassim and
central region remotely warehouses
- Controlling 5 satellite warehouses within Riyadh & Qassim
- Leading a team of 120 operational associatesfrom a various levels and nationalities 24/7 W Hrs.
- Managing the daily operations activities &fulfilling the sales teams needs and supporting their demands

Responsibilities:
- Supervising the shipments movements and tracking its routs along the shipping lines
- Supervising customs clearance process at the airports, dry ports and the land borders with the brokers and
customs clearance agencies
- Supervising documents handling, legalizations and archiving
- Supervising the containers off-loading operations at the main DC and the rest warehousing yards
- Supervising & coordinating the banks issues with the LC and finance department
- Coordinating the insurance issues for all inbound shipments and maintain its readiness on time
- Supervising all freight forwarders & brokers cash claims based on the customs tariff
- Supervising containers movements back & forth from/to the warehouses.
- Supervising all VAS activities (bar-coding & labeling and re-covering activities) at the main ports
- Supervising stock replenishing for all the stores & the branches
- Supervising the internal transfers movements and transactions between the all stores
- Maintaining the fleet maintenance, consumptions & expenses control
- Supervising the night shift & day shift duty activities at the main warehouses
- Managing & planning the general annual stock take projects with a limited time frame
