• Manage all Arabic communication vehicles in Privilege Club.
• Write copy, review and enhance all Arabic communication vehicles including newsletter email
campaigns, print material, website content and social media.
• Manage all Privilege Club related social media sites/forums for the Arabic community.
• Work closely with other areas like E-commerce, QR Marketing & Digital Marketing Team for
common Marketing initiatives in the organization.
• Coordinate the development of HTML campaigns from internal stakeholders and assist in all other
marketing activities.
• Develop and implement tactical point of sale campaigns to support Privilege Club initiatives within
the Arab regions.
• Provide direction and approvals on all Arabic marketing activities and materials related to
Privilege Club.
• Ensure all Arabic Promotions are set up and approved for outstations.
• Develop Arabic marketing materials for outstations that support Privilege Club marketing efforts.
• Provide support to the outstations for events and exhibitions.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of materials within budget.
• Develop annual FFP marketing plans with each outstation to drive membership acquisition and
engage ment, and increase airline revenue.
• Provide membership reports and cabin penetration reports to outstations.
• Assist in printing of marketing collaterals and its dispatch.
• Ensure that the collaterals are available at all touch points - sales, reservation & ticketing offices,
airport lounges & in-flight.
• Maintain stock of application forms and other collaterals and promotional items.
• Assist all outstations with FFP Evaluation report reports and member acquisition to drive
incremental revenue.
• Provide regular Offer Evaluation reports and campaign reports to the department and stations.
