• Managing the Shopping mall Hotel operations on daily operations and other outside real estate properties related to the landlord,

• Pre-opening experience and hotel snagging achievement with all construction details, building management.
• system, Setup the evacuation plan for 19 floors including 4 basements.
• Responsible for schedule preventative maintenance for 57 Villa and 470 rooms in different category.
• Respond to urgent maintenance Complaints and creating the emergency preparedness plans.
• Work as an administrative assistant in addition to maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate with all the new retails requirements, opening achievements for 9 F&B outlets,
• Following up with tenants to opened before the deadline according the Giving Fit out Manual,
• Raising all site issues to the Retail Manager on daily basis.
