Responsible as a billing manager, supervising the QS Department which is consisting of 3 quantity surveyors, 2 draftsmen and one data entry
-Checking the project quantities, materials requisitions and follow up the progress of work as per the contract requirement and method of measurement as per CESMM3 and project specification & contract preambles
-Preparation and study of variations and claims related to the project technical and commercial issues, and implement economical solutions for particular site problems
-Preparation of Cost Estimate for the job addenda matching and on the same bases of the original contract and implement price analysis & cost break down
-Preparation of the monthly valuation and follow up the interim payment & cash flow
- Take part and play role of the mutual negotiations and discussions with the client/consultant among the progress and commercial meetings held on regular bases along the project
