Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketing professionals to develop and launch innovative products. Working on NVIDIA Deep-stream, g-streamer, WebRTC for AI base image processing for new product development. Working on STM32, Quectel, Esp32, and other IC's and micro controllers for developing IoT Products. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful development and testing of prototypes. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept ideation and design to manufacturing and commercialization, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and time-to-market targets. Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and iterations.
-Team Lead and monitor all electrical operational on-going projects for whole plant.
-Leading Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation teams to ensure smooth
operation, periodic inspection and condition-based monitoring of plant machinery
and utility equipment.
-Manage the SAP Maintenance module, PM schedule, PR process and maintain data
on daily basis.
-Procure & maintain the critical and non-critical equipment inventory according to
CAPEX, OPEX approved budget.
-Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and prioritize repairs based on criticality and impact on production.
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot on PLC's, Drives, HMI's, 1/3-Phase motors and
Pumps.
-Auto cooling tower system & air compressors troubleshooting & modification with
required safeties.
-Maintain health & safety environment on production floor & maintain ISO 9001-
2015, 5'S standards with concept of OEE.
-Responsible for reviewing vendor drawing and checking of single lines, schematics
and wiring diagrams, grounding, panel/cable schedules, equipment layout, cable
layout, tray layout, lighting, and installation.
-Implementation of Process Improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Fish
Bone Analysis, PDCA and other QCC tools to reduce downtime.
Design and develop electronic circuits for various applications, taking into account specifications, requirements, and industry standards Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate electronic systems into overall product designs. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings to contribute to the overall development process. Troubleshooting of PLC, VFD's, servo drives, DC drives and cable industry machinery in minimum downtime. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in electronic circuits, components, and systems.
