- Strengthen & accelerate company’s growth by leading & managing 03 functions - Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Security and Quality Management (QM) at office, factory & all active project sites across the country.

1) Significantly slashed down major accidents in 2020 (38%), 2021 (55%) & 2022 (76%) compared to my joining year 2019 even with higher number of projects & workforce and factory man-hrs.
2) Expanded Factory EHS & QM team and Project EHS Team recruiting competent resources; Upgraded Health Management unit recruiting full-time Doctor & arranging emergency medical devices.

Country’s largest Natural Gas producer operating 03 onshore gas plants (total prod: 1800 mil cft /day).
Job Responsibilities:
- On 14/14 rotational duty, led & guided Gas plant HSE Team, safeguarded operations of country’s largest gas plant (prod:1400mil cft/day, 26 wellheads) per Chevron global guidelines to accelerate company growth & sustainability.
- Responsible to implement & verify PTW & SOPs for high-risk jobs - hot work, electrical, energy isolation, confined space work, lifting & rigging, height work, critical gas plant operations & maintenance, shut down maintenance etc.
- As a ‘Process Safety Team member’, played vital role in Risk Management - PHA, HAZOP, PSSR, HAZID, MOC, PSM audit.
- Coordinated HSE & OE external & internal audits; ensured CAPA implementation, review & continual improvement.
- Led / conducted Risk Assessment, BBS programs, HSE training & awareness programs, internal audits/inspections.
- Being ‘Principal Investigator’, led 20+ incident investigation & RCA; ensured timely execution of CAPA recommendations.

2) Significantly reduced Reliability / Process Safety incidents year-on-year via. consistent implementation of CAPA recommendations, HAZOP review, PSSR, MOC process, PSM audits etc. in collaboration with HSE & O&M Team.
- Based in corporate office, developed Project HSE Plan/SOPs, HSE Guidelines, yearly HSE budget, Emergency Response Plan etc.; prepared the org. for upcoming Global HSE audit in well-coordination with HODs & Gas plant HSE Team.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Efficiently managed to close all actionable CAPA at all 03 gas plants via. cross-functional coordination and robust action plan, resulted in achieving “Excellent” rating in Corporate HSE Audit.
- Being the Project HSE Lead for $550m Gas Plant Expansion Project of 1.5Y; achieved serious injury-free project completion by 3000+ workforce Via. a robust risk management in all project phases - civil construction, installation & commissioning.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Awarded by Asia South BU President for completion of 1.5+ years long Bibiyana gas plant expansion project of $550 million carried out by 3000+ contractors with ‘Zero Lost Time Incident’.
- Established HSE Training Center, developed HSE Training modules, guided / mentored a group of HSE Trainers and collectively delivered HSE training to ~ 3000 contractor workforce of gas plant expansion project within 09 months.
