• Review, discuss and approve all malls’ designs including concept, architectural, detailed designs & branding in order to create a retail-friendly environment.

Sourcing, negotiating, and drafting vendor contracts.
Setting up SOPs to organize interaction with other business units.
Building and implementing full project management system based on PMI project management best practices.
Introducing and implementing project leadership concept in work.
Sourcing all local construction alternative materials to minimize project timeline.
Managing, reviewing and approving all financial-projects-related aspects of business.
Maintaining relationship with landlords and obtaining all necessary approvals.
Managing, leading and training junior project managers.
Effectively provide accurate and timely project reporting to KSA and UAE offices

Handling all vendors contracting for material and construction procurements.
Building and implementing full project management system based on PMI project management best practices.

Delivered 210 fully built and operational STC branded outlets against tight deadlines.
Contributed SR 1.7M in new revenue stream of Shop-in-Shop project.
Enabled savings of 30% in 2010 approved budget of SR 26M
