- Coordination of all interfaces
between the stakeholders, to assure
it meets the project requirements
with respect to time, cost, quality and
safety.
-Coordinating between subcontractors,
resolving any interface issues
-Review and study the design sheets,
construction drawing and technical
submittals and identify any issues or
clashes in the design and
construction.
- Site supervision including
subcontractors work inspection.
- Procurement Responsibility (all items
needed to progress the work).

Coordinate and administer
programmes, activities and protocols.
Manage resources, monitor activities
and assess/analyse environmental
risks and archaeological impacts of
construction, safety and quality
control (QC) associated with JEN’s
projects
- Prepare an accurate bill of quantities
(BoQ) or/and make a final check on
BoQ made by the Civil Engineers for
each school targeted to ensue
compatibilities with JEN’s goals and
project budget.
- Supervise/support the construction/
Civil Engineers with the Team Leader
and ensure that all the facilities in all
the schools targeted have the same
quality of work
-technical meetings.

-Creating and Managing a time frame work schedule.
- Implementing the work schedule by Coordinating between Subcontractors, Work Monitoring and supervision.
- Quantity surveying.
- Procurement Responsibility (all items needed to progress the work).
- Monitoring and Issuing financial invoices.
