 Manage & Lead about Over 100 employees in different warehouse location inside KSA.
 Managing Spare parts warehouses and project warehouses & put plans for steel WHS.
 Build new structure and new operation model for warehouse and distribution
 Lead team to achieve targets of different projects, like project of setting master data
 Participate in the reprocessing of WHS and logistic to implement the new ERP system.
 Manage operations and day to day activities inside WHS and for optimization of fleet process.
 Prepare the WHS for yearly stock counting, and control / implement different audits.
 Implement and train warehouse employees on 5S and how to be effective in their warehouse.
 Lead the team of stock controller to be effective in material planning & distribution planning.
 Save 4.5 Million SAR by implementing project for reducing and controlling dead stock.
 Restructuring Dept. employees reallocate them & decrease workforce by 47 %, efficiency was increased, by decreasing pending issues & increasing yearly stock counting accuracy.
 Monitor KPI’s for warehouse & distribution to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Ensure the implementation of FIFO system in all the company's warehouses
