- Implementing & Supporting VMware solutions (ESXi, vCenter).
- Storage and Host based Migrations (Block and File).
- Supporting Quantum tape libraries.
- Managing assigned projects through all Phases.
- Create best practices design and apply it at customer sites.
- Create documentations for the customers at closure phase.
· Providing support to all MATCO customers.
· Providing support to EMC customers as ASP partners.
- Implementing and supporting EMC SAN Solution (CLARiiON & DMX).
- Implementing and supporting EMC CAS solution (Centera).
- Implementing and supporting EMC Backup solution ( Legato Networker ).
- Perform all hardware and software troubleshooting for company’s primary location and project's on-site operations to maintain constant network uptime and data access.
