• Upgrade CRM server to 2011 then to 2015 and finally to CRM 2016
• Customize and develop CRM server to meet company requirement.
• Establish SharePoint 2010 server then upgrade it to SharePoint 2013
• Establish Hyper-V and virtualize all the servers
• Establish Cisco Call Manager Express and connect all offices phones “Amman, KSA, and UAE” throw VOIP
