• Member of COMPASS champions team that formulated SMART objectives for company colleagues in addition to being a lecturer on technicality of process & equipment with many lectures held within the company and overseas.

• Handling the yearly shut down, mini shut downs of refinery operations, studying work process and re-engineering machines for trouble free operations in addition to overseeing budgeting, cost controlling, spare parts management and safety.
• Marshaling the execution of all activities pertinent to routine and general maintenance, workshop procedures and upkeep of key machinery such as grab cranes, pumps, gear boxes, bearings, and conveyors.
• Surveying machinery breakdown and providing recommendations for future, initiating preventive and corrective actions and re - aligning refinery infrastructure to provide for project modification.
