. Support SMSC & SMPP (SMS) Telestax, Kannel.
. Monitoring, SMS Routing, SMSGW performance and stability, reporting bugs to the vendor and deploy new releases.
. Responsible for the network (VPN, Nating, Routing, ACL, Tunnels), servers (firewall, backup, performance, ..) and services (HTTP, Kannel, Mysql NTP ...)configuration
. Control access and permissions clients to our services
. Support clients by create SMPP/API accounts, help them to integrate with our services, troubleshooting the issues and solve it (phone, email visit client in there side and zendesk tickets)
. Works closely with sales, marketing, developers and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
. launch, configure, maintain instances on AWS and STC-Cloud
. HAproxy and ELK
. Document (accounts, servers, services)
. Reporting (Monthly traffic report, daily reports, Custom report per clients requests from Database and by parsing logs )
. Write bash script for automation process (like costume daily report, alerts, run applications .. etc )

. WEB application server administration.
• Automate processes, create and manage shell scripts, crontab and task scheduler.
• Manage data backup and restore process.
· Install and configure all application/services needed (ex: Tomcat , Kannel, Nagios, ELK, Samba, SFTP ….etc )
. Operation in logs file (backup, splitting, insert into DB, data aggregations ..)
