Roles and Responsibilities as Market Research Analyst and Consultant-
a) Industry and market overview
b) Industry and market trends - As a part of my work we have to find out the industry and market trends as per our clients business and analyze the finding then cultivating into a presentable and easy to understand report.
c) Gap analysis - Several times you have to find the gap within the industry and show what gap the client’s business is going to fill.
d) Growth driver - Finding out the growth driver of the industry and helping client with what and he has to start or go with the ongoing business.
e) Challenges analysis - Starting a business means accepting challenges coming your way, so we analyze the challenges to help client in decision making.
f) Competitor analysis- Studying every aspect of competitor such as;
i. What product or services or both they are offering,
ii. What is the business model of competitor?
iii. Region they are operating,
iv. Consumer base they have, etc.
g) SWOT analysis,
h) PESTEL analysis,
i) Risk Analysis,
j) Consumer behavior and consumer insight - Before start or in initial stage of any business it’s very important to analyze consumer behavior, so at Bizcon we do research on how consumer react on seeing or knowing about the offerings, their pattern of usage and disposal, attitudes and preferences towards buying product or services.
