• Designed and implemented a demand-driven production planning methodology from the ground up, resolving
three long-standing structural issues: poor SKU availability, overproduction of slow/non-moving items, and
frequent unplanned changeovers.
• Delivered 3.1% YOY sales growth alongside a 3.7% reduction in production volume, by focusing production
capacity on fast-moving SKUs and suppressing speculative output for slow movers.
• Achieved record Injection DP season performance (250+ tons, Jan-Feb 2025) through forward inventory
build ahead of peak demand.
• Transformed stock availability: stock-outs reduced from a frequent occurrence to an exception across the
managed portfolio.
• Significantly reduced slow and non-moving stock in Injection Fittings, despite no improvements in upstream
forecast accuracy.
• Plan and schedule production for 4 manufacturing plants across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment of
raw materials, labor, and machine capacity.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to
support service levels and minimize shortages.
• Conduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) across 100+ work centers to identify constraints and support
strategic capacity/asset decisions.
• Maintained strong internal customer satisfaction by effectively balancing competing priorities between
Production and Sales teams.
• Prepare annual supply budget aligned with operational and commercial forecasts.
