Senior operations and supply chain manager, responsible about all manufacturing activities starting from demand planning, material procurment and inventroy control, production planning, logistics and warehouses up till delivery of finished products to sales and marketing team aiming in achieving company strategic taegets
Follow up sales forecast with sales team and tender departments to assure the availability of needed items on time in full for both sectors, assure the Procurement cycle to meet the needed delivery lead time and assure sourcing of strategic raw and packaging materials from new approved suppliers and find local suppliers mainly for the packaging materials......
Establish supply chain department, starting from warehouses, procurement, demand and supply planning, in addition to logistics, hiring & training of all SC subordinates on all created SOPs and GMP rules, implement successfully with IT support all master database for Oracle system (WH, inventory control, and MRP modules)
Monitoring the Supply Chain functions performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction, preventive/ corrective actions are taken accordingly, Implementing and activation of demand planning module through SAP, assign demand planning department team to perform all needed activities, validation and activation of APO module in SAP, which help in running both scheduling and routing of supply plans, finding Alternate suppliers for all APIs, which complies with company specifications and comply with regulatory requirements at all markets, for strategic APIs / Packaging material, arrangements of long terms supply agreements to avoid unexpected short of either material, minimize warehouse costs, and maximize the utilization of available warehouse resources, reduce shipping costs, and assure maximization of customer service level, implementing of cold chain supply concept.
Establish and coordinate all supply chain department activities to meet main target for the company, manage company product portfolio, control all inventory levels at site of manufacturing, and at agent’s level, applying
all KPIs on supply chain team to reach the best performance amongst company team, and provide training (when needed) to all departments staff, full alignment with other departments to improve company achievements, assure that all tenders must be delivered on the scheduled time to avoid penalties and minimize loses, implementation of ERP system (Oracle)
Responsible for all issues related to supply chain, starting from demand planning, purchasing, supply planning, logistics and warehouses (including clearance and shipping). focusing on increasing company profits with minimal costs; by implementing process improvements, managing product portfolio, supply agreements, controlling inventory levels, and maintaining full automation of all supply chain processes to assure full utilization of all available resources, capacity planning according to demand levels.
Reporting Directly to Site GM based in AMMAN.
Demand planning and forecasting for all Hikma affiliates (Hikma, APM, JPI) in the GCC region, follow up all inventory levels of all affiliates at the agent side. Present all forecasts on 18 months rolling forecasts basis, follow up newly registered items in the region and make sure that all stocks can meet S&M plans in achieving the targets and goals for the company
