Bulk Logistics Executive
Handling Air Gases & LCO2
• Responsibilities:
• Planning and arranging the deliveries according to the weekly schedule/ requests received by sales
• Daily updating of reports with accuracy.
• Manage and direct the drivers and labors for the activities related to Distribution.
• Ensure the job is performed by adhering to SAFETY standards applicable
• Assist in following up with the clients, receives orders and coordinate with related parties
• Make reports & Preparing delivery notes.
• Reporting incidents / accidents to the Manager.
• Following all maintenance jobs for fleets.
• Arrange Bayans for export drivers & Trip rotation.
• Working on Globe & synergy system
Handling the reception, mail, hospitality and office maintenance. Communicates with all staff on all levels, also communicates with other organizations in relation to admin. needs.
• Responsibilities:
• Handling files, faxing, emailing tasks and phone calls.
• Attend to visitors and deals with inquiries face to face.
• Creating proper documentation.
• Handles incoming & outgoing mails / couriers.
Supervise & working with my team on helping our customers in how to deal with our products.
• Responsibilities:
• Handling customer requests
• Assists and anticipate client's needs, complaints and work on their problems.
• Customer services.
• Data base entry
