- Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship

- Conduct external inspections as per approved ITP’s, and ensure that the work is done as per the issued for construction specifications and approved shop drawings.
- Daily site surveillance to ensuring that work is ongoing according to the required specifications, approved workshop drawings, approved method statement and quality control procedure.
- Ensure that only approved materials are being used as per approved method statement andmanufacturer recommendations.
- Identify and raising any Finishing Disciplined Non-Conformity Cases to the senior QC engineer.
- Follow up the finishing WIRs Status and the Closure.
- Receiving consultant`s comments and advising the site people on spot and ensuring the close-outof their comments.
- Working in executing and supervising a section of Community center, Swimming Pool and 18 town-houses of the G-package (an 80 two-story luxurious Town-houses package).
- The carrying out the construction of 80 two- story luxurious Town-houses including all the R.C. works (Foundations, columns and slabs).
- All finishing items (Block works, Plaster works, Isolation membranes,
clay-tiles, paint works, false cieling, GRC Works, marble and ceramic works, wooden flooring patterns ..etc).
- The infra-structure (the sewage works) for the package and fences for all villas.
- Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship

- Supervision of commissioning and taking-over
- Prepare monthly report about the quality at the site
