• Monitored construction and finishing activities across three phases, ensuring work quality,
material standards, and safety practices met project requirements.
• Coordinated with contractors and subcontractors on-site to resolve technical issues and
implement design changes without compromising quality or schedule.
• Conducted regular inspections and supervised testing of materials and systems, leading to
successful completion of renovation phases within schedule and to the clients standards.
