Handling of newcomers’ contracts, and the consultant’s contracts.
• Handling the pre-employment medical check-up agreements and operations.
• Check and Review Staff vacation upon the system and give the approvals.
• Finalize the Resignation Process and create a resignation sheet.
• Follow-up on all related contracts renewal and on all related missing documents.
• Monthly reports on employees' contracts status & missing documents.
• Handling the Labor Office, the Social Insurance Office, and all inspections.
• Support HR management with all needed documents regarding employees documents.
• Manage relationship with employees in all inquiries related to contracts, code of conducts onboarding
experience, and document withdrawal.
• Provide the legal department with all documents related to lawsuits against the organization.
• Giving session on company rules and policies
• Containing Employees' anger, good listening, and problem-solving.
• Established grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings in line with company policy and labor
laws.
• Provided accurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts and legislation.
• Conduct exit interview process and investigate the resignation and termination reasons analysis.
• Handle terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law and
their performance.
• Designed new policies for enhancing employee relations within the organization.
• Conduct salary reviews and Assist with Payroll Inputs monthly.
• Verify the renewals of all the existing employees’ contracts on time.
• Create a turnover analysis sheet with the reasons and rates and present the reasons by PowerPoint.
• Investigate any case and apply the right disciplinary action according to company rules & labor law.
• Ensure that employees’ files are archived in and organized and secure manner in compliance with the
law.
