Roles and Responsibilities:
Leading my visual merchandising team for planning executions for the store. Maintaining the store overall view. Managing and supporting my team members with ideas and improvements.
Working with SAP system to lead the execution team with a new planogram task received from Head Office.
Organizing daily tasks for team members and sharing reports to the store General Manager.
Ensuring the store graphic communications is updated with newest activities and store campaigns.
Execution of visual merchandising layouts and planograms sent from Kuwait Head Office in Home furnishing and home finishing area.

● Deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote IKEA products and

projects, products launch and working with merchandise inventories.
● Integrating brand images in visual presentations throughout the store.
● Organizing and adjusting lighting systems to enhance visual elements.
● Ensuring compliance of brand standards in visual merchandising efforts.
