Position: Sr. Planning Supervisor
Planning system: " WHAT'S ON "
Baynounah Media Group is a local Abu Dhabi Channel which mission is to provide family entertaining programs as a free to air channel.
The internal channel launching took place on October 10, 2010.
It was announced recently that Baynounah is closing effective March 31, 2011.
Key Responsibilities: ✓ Assisting the Planning Manager in preparing the suggested monthly plan.
✓ Making the needed amendments.
✓ Preparing the detailed daily plan, and sending copies to the concerned Depts. before TX in coordination with the Planning Manager.
✓ Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager i.e. researches about other Channels, Library etc.
✓ Coordinating any last minute schedule changes with the scheduling department, traffic and transmission.
✓ Liaison with communication concerning TV guide, EPG, on-air promotions/comps.
✓ Coordinating with CSD for the availability of all planned programs in advance.
✓ Ensure that Communication Dept has the updated grid and changes are highlighted clearly.
✓ Ensure updating the programs metadata for each episode.

Position: Head of Scheduling
Key Responsibilities: ✓ Heading and supervising the scheduling Department.
✓ Coordinating with the Graphics and programming department.
✓ Responsible for supervising and cooperating in the creation of the weekly TV Grid.
✓ Responsible for managing TV shows which include resources an allocation for certain TV shows.
✓ Responsible for any rescheduling or last minutes changes with Video Clips Screening, Monitoring, Ingesting and Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for brining Clips’ Tapes from Production houses and directors.

• Responsible for managing the CG (Character Generator) in the different programs in the Three channels.
• Responsible for allocating the technical operators for the Tv stations.
• Responsible for interactive programs management like “Maledk El Chat”, Azla thneen”
• Responsible for Video Clips Screening, Monitoring, Ingesting and quality assurance.
• Responsible for contacting Artists for the TV shows.
• Responsible for managing TV chatters problems and studying their suggestions and favorite clips.
