Responsibilities:- Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain and CRM on system AX 2012 R3 Microsoft dynamic. Follow-up project plan, commitment to the plan and extract times the difference between the actual and planned to be found
- Adapt and modify the application Functions as per the company and /or the customer requirements.
- Install Setup and Implementation System AX 2012 R3 Microsoft dynamic solution.
- Implement different modules of Business application (trade and logistics and Admin with, managing the Implementation Methodology/milestones according to the Project management and sure step Microsoft dynamic
- Design and develop reports on crystal report and visual studio
- Business analysis and company requirements.
- Assign tasks to myself and my colleagues and work on those tasks to achieve the project plan
- Design, follow-up and commit to project plans
- Design some Features to be added on the system.
- Conduct the required application training for both of key and end users.
- Perform the required testing for the business application against the customer requirements.
- Frequently interacts with supervisors, functional managers and/or may interact with Project management in order to establish, recommend changes and implement the customer business requirements.
Responsibilities:- Financial, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing, HR and project management
- Gather the needed requirements and map the application to the existing default functions and procedures and modify them when needed.
- Design, follow-up and commit to project plans.
- Implement different modules of Business application (Financial, Supply Chain, CRM, etc…) and managing the Implementation Methodology Plan/milestones according to the Project management.
- Design Business analysis and company requirements.
- Assigning tasks to myself and my colleagues and work on those tasks to achieve the project plan.
- Install system needed software, and perform the necessary setup to get the system up and running.
- Design Business Demo sequence. (Pre-sales Activity).
- Conduct the required application training for both of key and end users.
- Perform the required testing for the business application against the customer requirements.
- Provide the reports and KPIs required by the managers.
Responsible for:-
- Implement financial, supply Chain and HR functionality on GALA and Optima hotel management systems.
- Implement both front and back office modules.
- Assigning the tasks required to achieve the project plan.

- During this Period I am working with ITG-EGYPT., One of the biggest organizations in Egypt for ERP System. I have Financial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CRM Application Consultant Position, Business analysis, Solution Providers and Implementation methodology.
