Responsible for business development of specialty chemicals unite which is including (Coating, Construction, Cosmetics & personal care, silicone sealants, Textiles)
- Defines long-term organizational strategic goals
- Builds key customer relationships
- Identifies business opportunities with potential customers & potential suppliers.
- Grow and retain existing accounts.
- use my technical experience to increase the products portfolio for different segments of applications
- prepare market assessment for the potential product range.
- get the necessary technical approvals, then start build up the inventory for the approved products.
- Negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Work with the internal team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue.
- Prepare AOP & Sales forecast.
- Prepare &Follow up business pipeline for the running & promising projects.
-Grow Business relationship with the existing accounts
-Forecast and plan to achieve & exceed the budget revenue.
-Identify and develop a new business opportunities with the existing & potential accounts.
-Collaboration with the Univar’s team to offer the best service and solutions to our customers.
- Analyse & monitoring the competition status in the intended market
-Utilize the technical background for Promoting and selling wide range of chemicals to paints, inks, construction sectors.
- Preparing the survey & market assessment for a the potential projects and potential product range.
- offering Technical support to potential and existing customers.
- Preparing monthly sales forecast
- Participate in preparing the annual budget and purchasing forecast.
-Targeting and sell our products to oil& gas, ship yards customers
- Design and recommend the suitable paint system for the potential projects
- calculating the final cost of the painted area per meter square and manage to save the cost during the application process.
- Supervision and inspect the quality of the application process of our products at the customer site.
- Preparing the technical & financial offers for paints tenders
- Analyze and test all new raw materials and select the best quality for our products.
- Using lab instruments to determine the physical & chemical properties of the used materials at our production lines according to the Egyptian & American standards test methods.
- Cutting cost of the existing formulations by replace and add a new economic materials to paints formulations.
- Suggest a new economic and high quality paints formulations.
- Benchmark our brands with the other competitors.
- Solving the technical issues during the production process.
•PhD degree in surface coating entitled "Synthesis and spectroscopic studies of some Nano complex compounds and their applications in paints"
- Master Degree entitled "SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME MIXED METAL OXIDES AND THEIR APPLICATIONIN PAINTS"
