- Handling all recruitment procedures, starting from searching for a candidate till the day of appointment.
- Handling all payroll transactions.
- Processing annual leaves for the staff from the system and preparing their payments.
- Processing the end of service.
- Handling the overtime procedures.
- Enter and Maintain transactions in Mystro System (HR System).
- Acting as Head of Division of Human Resource Department.
- Reporting to Chairman.
- Legal Authorized staff in the Kuwait Finance House System to upload company salaries.
- Coordination with all departments to ensure to apply all company polices.
- Ensure the security of all salaries confidentiality.
Basically, my work can be described as a two part job, Applicants and then Staff (New Joiners).
For Applicants,
1) setup Interviews or tests for candidates.
2)Enter or update candidates into the system.
3)I guide walk in Applicants to apply throw website.
4)I guide applicants on phone to apply online.
5)Giving daily report regarding the numbers of applicants and in which area they have applied.
The second step is after the approval for candidates:
- Prepare files for new joiners.
- Prepare all documents required.
- keep the concerned area updated regarding the expected joining date of new recruits.
- Prepare job offers and contracts.
- Enter the new joiners into the system.
I have been trained in several departments :
- Accounting : Entering clearance invoices throw ACCPACK system.
- CRM Teams (Customer Service).
- Human Resource Department.
