Manage day to day workshop and bodyshop operational duties while insuring the job is done
according the quality and standard level as well.
Support and develop service operations, ensures that the daily time of technicians is
consistently sold to service customers, and focus on gross sales to achieve the target
Perform and participate in all management aspects including managing and supervising
staff.
Achieve the maximum rate of Net Promoter Score ( NPS ) related to customer satisfaction
Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians
are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment, and schedule training as
necessary to properly repair and service the vehicles.
Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during
implementation
• Team Leader, as providing guidance, and instructions to a group of technicians for the purpose of achieving high quality of work.
• Preparing monthly reports submitted to management including work accomplishments, problems faced, progress in mastering work processes, and individual and team training needs.
• Monitoring automotive mechanics from diagnosis to repair using star diagnosis.
• Utilize "WIS" workshop information system provided by Mercedes-Benz that offers numerous information on how to be familiar with vehicles and time needed to remove/install parts of them.
• Keep in contact with customers to reach high satisfaction of work.
• Heat Load Calculations, Air Ducts Sizing, Chilled Water Pipes Sizing and all requirements for HVAC Systems.
• Sewage and Water Pipes Sizing with Pumps/Equipment Selection for Sewage and Water Systems.
• Preparing complete set of Mechanical Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
• Testing and Commissioning of all Mechanical and HVAC Systems.
• Attending site and office meetings with the Contractors and Clients.
