Created the facilities Department for all company offices among the region to look after all the company facilities relate to health and safety, access control, utilities, implemented and design all policies and procedure, created monthly check lists and implemented on all company departments, Reviewed all the outsource maintenance contract relate to health and safety ( Fire Alarm System, Elevators, Access Control System, CCTV Cameras, Pets Control, Building Generator).Implemented a successful fire evacuation exercise from the company premises for all department
I was handling all HR issues (recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Staff Compensation and Benefits ) for different countries Bahrain, Qatar UAE, Oman, Bangladesh, Algeria, Egypt and Sudan
Handling all services Contract in Bahrain for Telecommunication company Zain and Batelco plus all the Banks Bahrain and Kuwait bank, Bahrain Islamic bank, Manged and supervise all service team ( Engineers and technician ) in Bahrain
