Installation, maintenance and technical support for IBM, Oracle Sun Intel and SPARCbased servers
- Installation, maintenance and technical support for PCs
- Installation, maintenance and technical support for laptops
- Installation and technical support for HP laser printers from HP laser jet 1000 forwarding
to HP Laser jet 9000 and GENICOM-TALLY and SEDCO line printers.
- Perform Networking components installation and configuration for 3COM switches and
Cisco switches. Configure Cisco routers for asynchronous, ISDN, Frame-Relay, T1, E1 and
MPLS WAN connection, configure security on routers, Maintenance, repairing of Cisco
IOS and flash settings, Configure Cisco PIX-ASA firewall for internet security, local
security, remote access VPN and site to site VPN.
- Support, Installation, Networking Configuration for Microsoft Operating systems;
Windows2000 Professional, Windows XP. Wimdows7, Windows8, windows 2003 server
and Windows 2008-2012 Server. In addition to ISA Server and Primary Domain Servers
Installation, support for server and the network clients, Group Policy creation and
management, plus Microsoft Exchange server 2003-2007-2010 design and installation.
- Install Sun Solaris operating system, SCO Unix and Linux Operating Systems.
- Work on IBM AS/400 client workstations, server installation and do initial maintenance
for IBM AS/400 plus IBM Power Servers.
- Responsible for design specifications and development of key components and features
of core product. Prepared and presented technical proposals for clients.
- Experience maintaining an enterprise, level infrastructure, including fiber optic and
wireless using D-Link, TP-Link, Linksys, Cisco, and HP technologies
o Controller, Point to Point Links, Access Points
- Diagnosed and troubleshooter UNIX and Windows processing problems and applied
solutions to increase company efficiency.
- Design, document and execute appropriate maintenance procedures including system
upgrades, patch management and system backups.
- Practicing network asset management by maintaining network component inventory,
related documentation and technical specifications.
-- Monitoring networks performance and provided network performance statistical reports for
both real-time and historical measurements.
- Developed and maintained accurate network documentation and Visio diagrams to provide
management with proper understanding of organizational needs.
- Provided guidance and training to junior members of IT team regarding network security and
troubleshooting.
