Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience of instrumentation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning.
• Flow: Ultrasonic, Magnetic, DPT, Coriolis Mass, Vortex etc.
• Level: DPT, Radar, Capacitive etc.
• Temperature: RTD (2-3-4 Wires), Thermocouple.
• Pressure: DPT, Pressure Gauges.
• ABB Industrial Control System workplace 800xA for DCS
• Providing input to Hazops, SIL and other safety reviews as directed
• Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.
• P&ID, ILD’s, location/plot diagram, hook up diagrams, Data sheet.
• Maintain checklist of all Plant critical equipment’s check and maintain their calibration records.
• Responsible for maintain correct inventory and inspection records and check lists
• Discusses planned and unplanned jobs undertaken with the Maintenance Manager.
• To ensure plant electrical equipment maintained as per procedures documented in the Maintenance
Management System (SAP).
• To ensure necessary spares and consumables are available and manage these inventories as it relates to
electrical equipment to ensure high availability of I&C Equipment.
• Hands-on experience of instrumentation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning.
• Flow: Ultrasonic, Magnetic, DPT, Coriolis Mass, Vortex etc
• Level: DPT, Radar, Capacitive etc
• Temperature: RTD (2-3-4 Wires), Thermocouple.

• Provide engineering support to plant issues impacting production over a short period of time. Enter QSPP information into the reporting system.
• Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.
• Able to read P&ID, ILD’s, location/plot diagram, hook up diagrams, Data sheet.
• Check Instruments calibration online by HART communicator.
• Maintain weekly checklist of all Plant critical equipment’s, check and maintain their calibration records.
• Make an efficiency report of Plant head-wise critical equipment.
• Responsible for maintain correct inventory and inspection records and check lists.
• Working on CAPEX and OPEX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Manage Electrical Dept,
a. Preparation of Production Plan, Kit List and open Work Orders.
ii. Installation, testing & commissioning of,
a. Instruments/Process Variables. b. Temp, Flow, Level Transmitters/sensors.
c. EOCR, EVR, Regulators. d. Switchgear for Motors/Pumps.
e. PLCs, Relays, VFDs. f. Fire fighting schemes.
iii. Troubleshoot product and SITE related electrical and electronic issues.
iv. Repair and maintenance of instruments plant and machinery.
v. Implementation of standards, policies and quality management systems (QMS) to QA/QC.
vi. Defining and requesting work and test permit documentation for electrical commissioning such as taking over certificates, as built drawings, manufacturer manuals and instructions, test procedures, risk assessment and healthy and safety method statement, end of commissioning reports.
vii. Maintain drawings on AutoCAD.

• RTD, PT-100, J and K-type thermocouples.
• LT & HT distribution board units.
• Motor and Booster Control Units ASD/VFD/Soft Starter based for more than 175HP.
• Fire Fighting Protection Unit (F.F.P.U. -NFPA20) PLC based.
• ISO, IEC, NEMA standards.
• Grundfos/Siemens motors /pumps, Rovatti pumps, Vansan submersible pumps.
• Schneider/Hager/Green Power/ABB/Terasaki contactors and breakers.
• Keynce/Siemens/Fatek PLCs, Danfoss/LS/ABB/Telemechanique/Schneider VFD.
• Control circuit-power diagram AUTOCAD.
