• Responsible for preparing Company profitability and KPI performance report to the Executive team and other stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Successfully manage to develop and maintain fully automated one of the company's major KPI dashboards with the currently available tools in the company such as Power Query, Power BI, and DAX measure.
• Providing periodical and other special financial reports for the manager and other departments to oversee performance and bridge the variances gap between the reported finance and reported operation performance.
• Improving operations of the company and month end, quarter end, year-end closing processes.
• Assisting in IPO Financial Due Diligence stream to ensure a successful listing as per the targeted date.
• Core team member in developing Data Warehouse and analytic systems to optimize financial and non-financial information flow and ease the process of data gathering.

➢ Responsible of ground handling revenue and other revenue using SAP and reporting them to revenue Director and commercial manger on monthly bases.
➢ Using SAP system in bookkeeping and preparing accounting and financial reports to ensure providing daily information for other financial department such as treasury, payable and budgeting department.
➢ Carrying out daily accounting task, routine and non-routine financial reporting.
➢ Providing information and financial and accounting proposals which help in getting options and recommendations necessary to take administrative decisions.
➢ Setting up and implementing new ERP system (Called HansaWorld Enterprise) for new subsidiary company
➢ Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
➢ Prepare financial statements according to IFRS and IASs
➢ Responsible of processing general ledger entry and preparing the company financial statement and other various reports for another departments.
➢ Preparing cash-flow statement and forecast.
➢ Establishing procedures for warehouse cost management and review implementation
➢ Review completeness and accuracy of the automatic data entry created by the ERP system.
➢ Monitoring products prices list and cost on regular basis to confirm profitability and involved in the allocation of overhead cost.
➢ Establishing payroll system for the new business employees.
➢ Providing and interpreting financial information for decision making purpose.
➢ Maintains fixed asset inventory by supervising the recording of all items, maintaining pertaining records and insure adequate treatment of fixed asset acquisition, depreciation and retirement.
➢ Liaise with external auditor to ensure all their requirements are met for the approval of the financial statement.
