In my previous role as a Military Training Assistant, I had the opportunity to attend meetings with my manager at the Ministry of National Guard and Brigade Quarters. During these meetings, I provided valuable assistance by interpreting and translating documents, as well as facilitating the negotiation and execution of training agreements. It was truly fulfilling to contribute to the success and collaboration between different entities. Additionally, I was responsible for providing essential support and guidance during training exercises. I diligently assisted in organizing and executing various training activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. It was a privilege to contribute to the development and success of the training program.
As an HR Supervisor at FOSROC Company Ltd, my main responsibility was to ensure compliance with local legal requirements in areas such as Commercial, Industrial, and Personnel. I played a crucial role in implementing plans for Saudization and managing the HR department to ensure group policies and long-term plans were met.
