Functional and Technical support of Business Process modules of ERP such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Inventory Module, Sales & Distribution, Purchase etc. for the entire group.
Design, develop and deploy enhancements to the ERP system serving as backbone of company's 17 different Business Divisions.

Major Projects Implementing POS Wincash system for ABA Luxury divisions. (Ongoing)
Implementing POS GOLD system for ABA Monoprix. (Ongoing)
Implementing Warehouse Management System - Exceed 4000.
Currently implementing WMS for the group's distribution centre to fully automate the Warehouse activities. Developing the interface between WMS and Host ERP.

Interfacing WMS with NECOM (Nestle ERP) . (Boomi Tool)
Designed and developed interface functions to track inventory movements done

Implementing Van Sales Automation System using Intermec hardware.
Currently improving the system for the group's to fully automate VAN operations.
Developed the interface between HHT and Host ERP.

Goods Return Voucher Automation Process. (Divisions of ABA group) . (Oracle 9i DS)
Automated the goods return process of the Divisions by 100 percent. Reduced the time taken for the entire process, which involves the stage of approval, returned goods receipt at logistics, confirmation and finalization by finance managers etc from 45 days to 2 days. Allows greater accuracy in preparing credit note for the Finance / Sales Managers.
The system automatically generates the related GL, AR and Inventory entries and Updates the stock based on the returned reasons. Accurate analytical reports provide control on KPIs.

Enhancements to the Existing ERP (Ongoing)
Development of new Statistical and Analytical reports as per arising requirements.
Modifications of existing programs, Procedures and Functions to cope with changes in business processes.
